Our Mission
Victoria TNR is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the number of feral and free-roaming cats in our community. We accomplish this by means of humanely trapping cats for spay/neuter and return back to their colonies.
Cats and kittens too tame or otherwise unsuitable for release are placed with volunteer fosters until their adoption.
